As a homebuyer, you would still need to sign a 3 month minimum buyer’s agent contract with a Redfin agent. You’ll deal with junior, inexperienced real estate agents who work on an hourly basis. In some cases, Redfin doesn’t provide a refund, and in those cases where they do, you get on average $1,500 only and low quality service.
Traditional
As a homebuyer, you would need to search for an agent and then you would still need to sign a 3 month minimum buyer’s agent contract with that agent. Then you need to work around the agent’s schedule, causing tons of downtime. Generally, no refund or rebate is offered for the buyer.

If you do decide to make an offer, the agent can get the process started right away.Touring with Finaya also allows you to see a home when it fits your schedule, and can give you an advantage over other buyers who wait for an open house. Unlike some brokerages or Redfin, Finaya will never make you sign a buyer’s agent contract for 3-6 months, so you can feel good about touring in real-time or scheduling tours without worrying about being tied to one particular agent or firm.
We can't help you tour or make an offer if you're already working with another agent outside of Finaya . If you believe your agent is not delivering the value you expect, you can end your relationship with that agent and use a Finaya Agent. If you signed a buyer's agency agreement, you must first inform your agent in writing of your decision. Please read that agreement carefully to ensure there are no other obligations to the agent following termination. If you're unsure about the terms of the agreement, you can call us or consult with an attorney. If you haven't signed a buyer's agency agreement, you can inform the agent of your decision in any way you like.
Yes, you will receive a check from Finaya within 30 days after the closing date. In order to get this commission rebate check, you must go through the Finaya platform and work with a Finaya agent partner
Not at all. But we do consider you our customer once you tour with us, so after several home tours, a Finaya agent may reach out to make sure we’re delivering a great home buying experience and get thousands of dollars back. If your offer isn't accepted, there's no obligation to continue as our customer. If you're ever unhappy with the agent’s service, you can tour with a different agent.If your Finaya experience is not what you expected, you can cancel at any time.
Anyone can use Finaya to buy a home. We recommend you be pre-approved to borrow the amount needed to buy the home. You cannot have a current buyer’s agency contract with another real estate agent. You cannot simultaneously have an open offer on another property.

Finaya conducts a rigorous vetting process to provide our homebuyers the best local Finaya agent partners and full, five-star service. All our agent partners come from tier 1 real estate firms, including Keller Williams, Windermere, Coldwell Bankers, eXp Realty, John L. Scott, Sotheby’s, BHHS, and RE/MAX, Century 21 and many more; have at least 2 years’ experience as a real estate agent and/or 10+ listing/selling transactions. We do the work upfront so you don’t have to.
